Sufi Bazaar India ships its products to all parts of India. We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most of your orders would be processed within 3-5 days and shipping will be done through reputed courier company. To assure the same delivery, we recommend that you place your orders at least 48 hours in advance for specific delivery time. We cannot guarantee the time of delivery, since there are some factors that will affect delivery time such as traffic, distance between delivery locations, weather etc. If we ever find ourselves unable to deliver in the time estimated, you’ll be the first to know either by phone or email. Acknowledge the proof of delivery, which will be provided on delivery. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least 48 hours days in advance.
However if there is any delay in shipping due to natural calamities or out of stock, we will give prior information to the customer to the registered email address or mobile number.
Products will be delivered as per the postal address mentioned at the time of registration and providing mobile number helps in fast delivery. However we are not liable of any wrong address mentioned at the time of Registration.
Sufi Bazaar India is not liable of any delay in delivery by the Courier Company or postal authorities.
Below are the details of Shipping Charges:
- Free Shipping: Delivery within India (above Rs.500/-) is FREE of cost.
- Cash on delivery: C.O.D is not applicable.
- Additional Charges: You will get the final price at the time of check out. There won’t be any hidden charges like Tax or any other extra charges.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)
- All International orders (outside India) would be processed within 5-7 days and shipping through reputed International Courier company.
- Delivered within 7 working days to foreign destinations.
- We will send you the Shipper’s reference number (Air Way Bill / Docket Number) along with the courier company details through e mail.
- We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
- Kindly note that if there are any customs or duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery.
- The duties and taxes are not a part of the customer’s payment made to us.
